Forensic Report: Time of Death

After forensic analysis based on the body temperature of the deceased, it is of the opinion of the forensic experts that the victim died at approximately 2:10pm EST on Thursday November 13. This places the homicide about 30 minutes after the CN Rail accident, which happened at 12:40pm CST.
